Layaway Terms
CUSTOMER
Lay away is available to help you purchase tickets to this event. Please read these and the Eventopia terms of purchase carefully as these form part of your agreement with the event organiser. Your lay away tickets must be paid in full prior to the event for your tickets to be valid. Lay away plans can be cancelled at any time prior to the final payment, however, please be aware that cancellation fees consisting of the reasonable costs arising directly from the agreement, including any loss in value of the ticket/s, will apply. In the event that you cancel the lay away, those costs and losses will be deducted as soon as practicable before any refund is calculated and accordingly, any refund due will not be available immediately and may not be available until a reasonable time after the event. After final payment has been made, you will not be able to cancel the lay away plan. Please check your shopping cart carefully before checking out. Any ticketing agency or ticket service fees will appear in the total. We are unable to make any changes to your lay away plan once your order has been submitted. You must have a valid form of payment on file at all times during your payment plan. In the event of a declined charge, there is a maximum 10 day grace period for you to update your payment information to keep your lay away plan current.
CLIENT
Lay away plans are available to your customers for your event. By enabling lay away, your customers can split payments over a period of time prior to your event. Please enter an initial payment amount, along with the number of months customers are able to split the rest of the payments. If no initial amount is selected, the total cost will be split evenly among the number of months to determine the initial payment. There is a minimum ticket value required to be eligible for a lay away ticket option.
