Privacy Notice and Event Terms and Conditions
It is a condition of attendance to Commbank Staff Foundation Gala Night 2021 for all participants to understand and agree to the following Event Terms and Conditions

Privacy Notice
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) collects your personal information (including your name, contact details, dietary requirements and accessibility requirements) to process and administer your registration for, and attendance at, the event.
During the registration process you will be asked to provide personal details. This personal data will be used to make appropriate event and travel arrangements on your behalf.
In order to make the appropriate arrangements for your attendance for this event we are required to share certain personal details with:
(a) the event organiser (CBA);
(b) our event and venue suppliers for these arrangements to be made and confirmed; and
(c) suppliers of services to us (e.g. IT service providers) where necessary for us to process your personal information and make the relevant arrangements.
CBA may also share details such as your accessibility requirements with third parties engaged to assist with producing the event. Only those personal details required for certain suppliers will be passed along in a secure method. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us

When you give us personal information about another person you represent that you are authorised to do so and agree to inform the person that CBA has collected their information as part of this event registration and of the contents of these Event Terms & Conditions.
Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to these Event Terms & Conditions, you confirm that (unless you tell us not to) CBA can use your contact details to communicate with you, including to give you updates, reminders and event specific marketing information.
Code of Conduct
As this is a CBA event, you are representing our organisation, and are therefore expected to protect CBA’s high reputation by adopting personal standards and conduct at all times in accordance with CBA’s Group Conduct Policy, which can be found here.

Any breach of these policies throughout the course of this event will be treated seriously and may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.
Photography and videography disclaimer
By accepting the Event Terms & Conditions of this event, you have given your consent for the internal use and distribution of any professional photography or videography taken throughout the course of this event.
Dietary, Accessibility and Special requirements
If you have any special dietary, accessibility, cultural or health practices it is your responsibility to inform the event organisers at the time of registration if these needs are to be met during this event. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your request but this can only be made with prior advice.

Children
Please note that this event is an over 18+ event therefore children cannot attend the event.
Traveling to and from the venue
You will be personally responsible for any costs incurred as a result of making travel arrangements to and from the venue.
Miscellaneous
CBA does not take responsibility for any goods, services and other benefits you may receive in relation to the event. You acknowledge it is your responsibility to comply with CBA’s Gifts and Entertainment policy, and will seek further advice from your organisation regarding your attendance if necessary.
You are attending the event at your own risk. CBA is not responsible for any harm or loss unless caused by the wilful act or negligence or CBA’s staff, agents or sub-contractors.
CBA reserves the right to refuse entry to any person for any reason.
Your invitation to the event is personal and non-transferable.
